Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email or generated in the portal.

Package the Items

Place the items securely in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
